After a busy and tiring week at work, I was a bit hesitant to join the cousins and friends for pre-wedding celebration at Yardhouse. (It seems that nowadays, all I want to do after work is rest) Despite the habitual hermit in me, I went anyway mainly because I did confirm I’d go…. As tired as I was, I had an amazing time.
It was my first time at yardhouse. I’ve always wanted to check this place out because people rave about their happy hours. Although I wasn’t able to experience the happy hours, their menu was decent. Bit pricey actually. Thank goodness I’ve already consumed dinner beforehand.
Their fries are dangerously delicious!
I had to wake up early on Saturday morning to head over to my aunt’s house. My uncle was getting married later that day! Chi Tini and I volunteered to help out with the makeup and hair for the bridesmaids.
After the madness of getting the ladies ready in time for the Tea Ceremony portion of the wedding, Chi Tini and I were able to breath a bit and continue on with our Saturday.
It turned out to be a crazy, spontaneous and productive day! (Love it when things work out unexpectedly!) Chi Tini and I worked out for a bit and ran last minute errands before the big wedding dinner.
Even though it was not a wise decision, I got the matcha frap as part of my post workout meal. I’ve gotten super fond of this matcha drink! My favorite Starbucks drink at the moment (and maybe of all time!) Yummm~~~
Wedding glam squad is all dressed and ready to head out!!
Love the decorations for the reception!
Picture with the lovely bride! Somehow all three of us choice different shades of blues to wear. (They look like the same color due to the filter)
Of course we gotta take our “Kardashian” trio pose!
I match with Nina! We joked about how I can be the doppleganger for Nina when she needs a break from bridesmaid duties. Haha, no worries girl I got chu~~! :D
We’re all grownups and we’re still stuck at the kids table!
Let the party begin!
The atmosphere was joyous everywhere. People were laughing and dancing and having fun. All the components of a successful wedding night. I had so much fun living in the moment that I didn’t snap any pictures from then and on.
What can I say, I’m blessed!
